Voluntary Organisations

ESS works with voluntary organisations to help you learn how to measure your impact and through that improve your services and report on the difference you are making. We can offer:

• training workshops,
• one-to-one support, and
• help to develop tailor-made systems for self-evaluation.

Our staff and trustees have a thorough knowledge of the voluntary sector and work closely with funders.

To help you decide what support you need and to guide you through some of the resources, tools and toolkits that exist we have created an “Evaluation Pathway” that sets out the stages involved in evaluation. We can support you by phone, email and workshops, though we are unable to carry out evaluations for you.

We also can work with individual organisations to help you develop tailor made solutions. In some circumstances this support is free of charge.
