Workshop Description

Some third sector organisations are delivering services in a different way or providing their usual support to new clients (beneficiaries).  Some so-called “hard to reach” clients have become even harder to reach and inequalities are widening.  So it’s vital to make sure that we are providing the right support and reaching the people who most need us.  But how do we check that out in a light touch way that doesn’t put more burden on vulnerable clients?  In this event we’ll share tips on how to evaluate reach and service redesign in a way that generates useful data and learning.
