Getting started: Outcomes and Indicators

This is one workshop that will be delivered over 2 days. Part 2 will be on Tuesday 10th November 2020
We are running this workshop using Zoom video conferencing.
The workshop will be split into two parts (you must attend both parts):
Part 1: 9.30am to 12.15pm on Tuesday 3rd November 2020
Part 2: 9.30am to 12.15pm on Tuesday 10th November 2020
There will be a mixture of presentation and trainer guided exercises. We’ll help you learn from other participants and apply the learning to your work. All you’ll need is a stable internet connection (and preferably a camera and microphone). We’ll email in advance with a link, password and all the materials you will need for the workshop.
You must attend both parts of the workshop on both dates.

This stimulating workshop gets you started by explaining what outcomes and indicators are and how they can help you to explain the difference your work makes. It will give you clarity on the building blocks of evaluation and includes time for working on your own projects.

- Write clear outcomes for your project / organisation
- Set indicators to help measure whether you are achieving your outcomes
